Breath Deep
Yes, this program is recommended for anyone who has any kind of respiratory issue. If you find you are having difficulty breathing just close your eyes, relax and either listen to the audio or begin repeating “Breathe Deep” over and over in your mind.
(Please do not use this, or any of the other audios in place of seeking medical assistance, especially in times of significant distress.)
Breathe Deep is also very effective for anyone who is carrying chronic pain, dealing with anxiety or depression or significant fatigue.
In times of stress we humans tend to hold our breath. In times of chronic stress we get in the habit of holding our breath a lot.
It’s amazing what happens when we energetically break that habit and replace it with a slow relaxed deep breath.
